Meet the Hiring Manager

In this 30-minute interview, you'll meet your potential future manager. We’ll be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what makes you tick. 
 
We’ll be transparent and honest. Nothing’s off the table. So if you have questions make sure you ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us as it is about us qualifying you.  
Stage 3

Take Home Assignment

If we hire you, we want you to be successful. So if the interview went well and we’re all aligned, we’ll ask you to prepare a small presentation on something related to the role you’ll be doing at simpleclub.  
We give you a time limit to solve the challenge. This way, we get to see how you solve problems and tackle challenges - just like in real life!

But if you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward, and we want to make sure (a) you enjoy working with us, and (b) we enjoy working with you.

Presentation of Take Home Assignment

Meet Key Stakeholders

In this stage, you get to meet your potential key stakeholders who frequently have open positions in their functions. They'd want to find out how your potential working relationship could look like and how you'd go beyond to make sure we close open positions. 
Stage 6

Founders Call

By this point, we're very confident you would be a great hire for simpleclub - and we know how important it is you get to know us too. 

This is why one or both of our Founders, Alex & Nico, would love to have a call with you to hear more about what you've enjoyed in your hiring journey and how you see yourself making in an impact in our mission to educate the world.

This is the very last step of our recruiting journey and usually takes between 15 to 30 minutes.
