Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Review

Once we’ve received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you’re a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

Recruiter Screening

We’ll schedule a half hour call for you to meet your recruiter, and for them to get to know you a bit better. The purpose of this call is to make sure we agree we’re a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you’d do the same if you don’t think the role’s going to be right for you.
Stage 3

Document Submission

If we hire you, we want you to be successful. So if the interview went well and we’re all aligned, we’ll ask you to prepare a small presentation on something related to the role you’ll be doing at simpleclub in which you can convince us of your skills.

But if you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward and we want to make sure (a) you enjoy working with us, and (b) we enjoy working with you.
Stage 4

Hiring Manager Interview

If things are still looking good, we’ll schedule a 30 minute interview with you, your potential future manager, and sometimes an additional member of the team. We’ll be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what makes you tick.

We’ll be transparent and honest. Nothing’s off the table. So if you have questions off the back of the last call make sure you ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you.
Stage 5

Founders Call

By this point, we're very confident you would be a great hire for simpleclub - and we know how important it is you get to know us too.

This is why one of our Founders would love to have a call with you to hear more about what you've enjoyed in your hiring journey and how you see yourself making in an impact in our mission to education the world.

This is the very last step of our recruiting journey and usually take 30 minutes.
