Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Review

Once we’ve received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you’re a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

Call with a Recruiter

We’ll schedule a half hour call for you to meet your recruiter, and for them to get to know you a bit better. The purpose of this call is to make sure we agree we’re a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you’d do the same if you don’t think the role’s going to be right for you.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

Stage 4

Take Home Assignment

Stage 5

Presentation (Case Study)

If we hire you, we want you to be successful. So if the interview went well and we’re all aligned, we’ll ask you to prepare a small presentation on something related to the role you’ll be doing at simpleclub.

We’ll talk more about that at the end of the interview, and we promise not to take up hours and hours of your time. But if you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward and we want to make sure (a) you enjoy working with us, and (b) we enjoy working with you.

This stage will typically involve a bit of prep from your side, and then another one hour session with your potential future manager, and maybe another member of the team.
Stage 6

Founders Call

By this point, we're very confident you would be a great hire for simpleclub - and we know how important it is you get to know us too.

This is why our Founders, Alex & Nico, would love to have a call with you to hear more about what you've enjoyed in your hiring journey and how you see yourself making in an impact in our mission to education the world.

This is the very last step of our recruiting journey and usually takes between 15 to 30 minutes.
